9:00am - 4:00pm There will be short scenic loop trails around the Upper Kingsbury...y neighborhood and out to Castle Rock. We will construct a connector from the Tahoe Rim Trail down through the Van Sickle Unit of Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park to Stateline, NV. In an effort to make the trail system sustainable, we will improve and incorporate some existing trailsmore>
Camping Required ! We will be camping near High Meadows and hiking up to... our trail project each day. Volunteers need to be able to carry heavy tools and equipment approximately 2 and 1/2 miles to our worksites. The Tahoe Rim Trail Association will provide hard hats and all trail tools. We will also be providing meals starting Friday night. (Volunteers will need to bring their own lunch for Friday).more>
All Day Race weekend camps are designed to get you to perform at your peak... on race day. These camps focus on track inspection, finding the fast "pro" lines, memorizing the course, practicing smart (so you are riding at your fastest and not worn out on race day) and mental preparation. Head coach Gene Hamilton will go over race preparation and inspect the course and train with athletes.more>
10am to 5pm The fairs are on the lovely cobblestone Kings Beach Plaza right...t on the beach, 50 yards from the water and have been running for more than 30 years. They feature the finest quality local artisans as well as artisans from all over the country. All of the work has been created by each artist.
