TOCCATA-Tahoe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus continue summer season with a program that features guest artist Josue Casillas, flute, performing Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Orchestra in D major and Vivaldi’s Concerto for Piccolo in C major Rv. 443.
