A selection of 23 talented artists, all members of North Tahoe Arts, will be displaying artwork in all mediums. Artwork is on view in the Main Gallery and Corison Loft Gallery May 1-June 3, 2013. Gallery and Artisan Shop hours are 11 a.m.-4 p.m., closed on Tuesdays. The opening reception will be hosted at North Tahoe Arts on, Saturday, May 11, 1-3 p.m.

7:30pm thru- May 4 at 6pm We will be showing five films starting with this... Wednesday’s opening night, with nightly screenings through Saturday, May 4. The festival will also feature associated cultural events, including musical performances and wine tastings.
The films are free to all students and the public is encouraged to attend for a suggested $10 donation, which will support future programming.more>

8:30 pm Graham Marshall was born in Linwood on the outskirts of Glasgow.... He grew up with the sounds of Bob Dylan and Simon & Garfunkel. At the age of 15 Graham began writing his own songs. His influences span many different genres which coupled with his very distinctive voice, give him a unique sound. This young man from Glasgow sounds like he gargles gravel for breakfast. He’ll stun you with his raw, already anthemic songs.more>
8:30 pm Todd and Morgan bonded over a love of Wilco Ryan Adams & the Cardinals...ls and began playing music together. After putting together a half-dozen songs or so, they convinced Gia to bring her sweet violin melodies to the mix. Todd convinced Cody to join up and add some much needed bottom end. And finally, Cody brought in Gabe to put the final touches on the thing. Now we have Truckee's own Forget the Roses.more>
