Description: The 20th Annual "America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride-Lake Tahoe" has built a reputation for not only its spectacular scenery, but also its great food and support. Boat Cruise/35-Mile Fun Ride, 72-mile ride around the Lake, and full 100-mile century are offered. This ride promotes Lake Tahoe Bikeway, the plan to build and interconnect bike lanes/trails around Lake Tahoe, and is the culmination of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's National Team In Training spring fund raising program. 3000 participants.

Or, make your way over to Squaw Valley and watch their annual show at the base of the mountain.

Description: 2011 marks the 29th anniversary of Lake Tahoe Music Festival at North Lake Tahoe. Our summer concert series kicks off annually with a fantastic Opening Gala at the private Brushwood Estate along the pristine west shore of Lake Tahoe. Combining great food, great friends, live music and a live and silent auction, the event is not to be missed. A complete concert series schedule is available at tahoemusic.org. All venues are outdoors, inviting you to experience a cool, North Lake Tahoe evening picnic with accompanying music. No outside alcohol is permitted within the Village at Northstar.

Description: In 1972 a group of Tahoe Yacht Club members and friends got together to share their passion for wooden boats. From this modest beginning, the Lake Tahoe Concours d' Elegance has grown to play a significant role in the wooden boat community, as well as the Lake Tahoe maritime community. Since its induction in 1994 the Tahoe Yacht Club Foundation has hosted the Lake Tahoe Concours d'Elegance focusing on the continuing growth of the show, the quality of boat exhibits, the highest of judging standards and practices, and most importantly sharing the passion of wooden boats between exhibitors and public.
