Press Trip Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in North Lake Tahoe. We look forward to working with you and making your visit productive and enjoyable. We take pride in meeting the needs of the media and all of our area businesses. Please review the following press trip guidelines we have comprised to ensure that everyone involved in your visit is satisfied.

Please take the time to review our current press kit for story ideas and general area information.

All press trips should be on assignment. Please plan on supplying a letter of assignment, credentials and/or press clippings.

Children, spouses, models, and other guests are not covered by media rates and comps.

At your earliest convenience, please let us know which nights you need lodging and if you need any activity tickets, rentals, special requests, etc.

Weekends and holiday periods can be extremely busy. Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated.

Our press trips generally include one to two meals and one to three nights lodging.

We are not always able to comp a writer's visit but will do our best to secure media rates.
