Turn left onto State Route 267 - 12 miles Turn left at Highway 28, North Lake Boulevard - 0.3 miles The North Tahoe Event Center is on the right Meeting Rooms: Every year, companies and organizations from around the country take advantage of the North Tahoe Event Center's spectacular location and exceptional facilities for their meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Each meeting room is equipped with a custom sound system and on-site technical support. All rooms are column-free and located on ground level to provide accessibility. Our state-of-the-art air wall systems offer the flexibility to create multiple breakout spaces. We offer: - Meeting space set up exactly to your specifications - Catering options to fit your needs and schedule, with selections ranging from gourmet organic California cuisine to the North Shore's best deep dish pizza - Catered beverage and snack options - On-site audio-visual equipment, including slide and overhead projectors, projection screens, LCD and laptop options, DVD players, monitors, microphones, melamine writing boards, and A/V carts Audio/Visual: Each meeting room is audio-visually equipped with a custom sound system and on-site technical support. All of our conference room rentals include complimentary use of: Audio-visual carts Extension cords First microphone Half or full podiums Melamine writing boards Microphone stands Projection screens (portable or ceiling mounted) Portable skirted stages/stairs Tripod easels for posters Wood pointers Wireless Internet Laser pointer If audio/visual equipment that you require is not available on-site, we can refer you to a professional audio/visual company. We also offer to rent slide projectors, overhead projectors, DVD players, and pipe and drape for trade show displays. Catering/Banquets: Our full-service, in-house professional caterer provides dining options, which can be light or lavish. You work with them to plan refreshing coffee breaks and delightful lunches to tasty receptions and exquisite banquets. You also have the option to bring in your own caterer. We will happily work with the professional caterer of your choice. There are a variety of food and catering options in the area. View our vendor list to see our recommended caterers. If you bring in your own caterer, we charge a fee for use of our commercial kitchen, glasses, dishware, and table settings. These items and the kitchen fee are included if you use our in-house caterer. You may bring your own bagels, doughnuts, cookies, etc., or you may arrange for us to provide those items for your meeting. If a no-host bar is part of your event, a professional bartender service will be required. Contact us to learn more about getting an ABC license. You may bring in your own beverages.
