LOCATION
Northstar(tm) Resort, a self-contained 2,500 acre, year 'round resort community, is centrally located on California Hwy. 267, halfway (six miles) between Truckee and beautiful Lake Tahoe.

TRANSPORTATION
Northstar(tm) Resort provides complimentary on-site shuttle transportation as well as transportation from nearby Truckee Amtrak/Greyhound station and the Truckee-Tahoe Airport.They also offer vans and buses for off-site transportation to nearby attractions or the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Our 264 lodging units include hotel-style rooms, mountain-side condominiums and spacious homes along the golf course. Most accommodations offer fully equipped kitchens, dishwashers, fireplaces and a terrace or balcony.

MEETING FACILITIES
Northstar(tm) Resort skillfully blends the serenity of the outdoors with more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space perfect for corporate retreats, conferences and team building workshops. Northstar (tm) Resort specializes in family reunions, corporate meetings, golf and ski groups of of 10-150, and offers one-stop shopping for all your lodging, recreation, transportation and food & beverage needs.

DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
In addition to Northstar (tm) Resort's professional Banquet & Catering staff, a variety of restaurants are available on-site, including The Martis Valley Grille, serving lunch on the golf course during the summer months and a meeting facility in the winter; Big Wave Burritos and Wraps, Earthly Delights Deli & Bakery and Starbuck's Coffee. Timbercreek is warmly decorated with a mountain feel and ideal for cocktail receptions or casual meetings.  Currently Timbercreek is only available for group functions.  Please contact our Meeting Sales Manager at 530.550.2607 for reservations or more information.

RECREATION
Northstar (tm) Resort offers a wide variety of activities to choose from. In the summer, on-site recreation includes an 18-hole golf course, lift-accessed mountain bike park for biking, free scenic lift rides for hiking, horseback riding, tennis, and licensed child care for kids ages 2-10. In the winter, on-site recreation includes skiing/snowboarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, tubing and more.

24-hour gaming and entertainment is only seven miles from Northstar (tm) Resort. The historic town of Truckee is only six miles away, as is Lake Tahoe with an abundance of water sports.
