Tahoe Convoy
Tahoe Convoy is the luxury weekend shuttle bringing Bay Area and Central Valley residents to Lake Tahoe. Unlike traditional same-day ski buses, Tahoe Convoy travels eastbound on Friday night and returns westbound on Sunday night (or Monday night, during 3-day weekends), catering to travelers that have overnight weekend accommodations. Running an expanded schedule for our third winter season in 2020, Tahoe Convoy is ramping up to become a year-round transit service, per our vision.
Mountaineer On-Demand Transit Service – Olympic Valley & Alpine Meadows
This free on-demand, in-resort shuttle service allows guests and residents of Palisades Tahoe in both Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows to request services within each of the valleys. The service typically operates December through April but is subject to change.
Mountaineer will expand its operating schedule for the 2023-24 winter season.
Daily service in Olympic Valley and between the two valleys will be extended by 30 minutes until 11 p.m., and in Alpine Meadows, an additional day and another hour of service has been added to offer five days a week (Thursday-Monday) service until 6 p.m.
These service expansions give residents and visitors more flexibility and opportunities to get around the resort without their personal vehicle.
Palisades Tahoe Shuttle – Winter Only
The Palisades Tahoe Shuttle runs continuously between the base area of Olympic Valley & Alpine Meadows when both resorts are open for operations, weather and traffic permitting. The Palisades Tahoe Shuttle runs more frequently on weekends and holidays. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the final departure.
Northstar On-Site Transportation
While on-site at Northstar, a free on-demand Dial-A-Ride service is provided for guests and residents to move around the property.
Northstar Private Shuttles
Northstar provides private shuttles for group transportation needs in the Lake Tahoe and Reno area. The shuttle services are for any group event including: weddings, corporate groups, golf outings, dinner parties and many other large events.
