WHAT: PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn will be celebrating Easter with a delicious brunch menu on Sunday, March 27, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at PlumpJack Cafe, Lake Tahoe’s premier dining destination. Crafted by Executive Chef Jack Connell, the menu will be comprised of chicken and waffles, spinach and feta quiche, cinnamon challah French toast, Dungeness crab benedict, spinach salad and additional sides. Offerings from the bar will feature the PlumpJack bloody mary, mimosas, pineapple ginger sparklers and a festive Easter egg cocktail.
