5:30pm Learn how to correctly and efficiently use an avalanche beacon. Squaw...uaw Valley Ski Patrol hosts free training workshops on the 1st and 15th of every month that the ski resort is open.
Workshops are from 5:30-7:30pm at Ski Patrol Base in the Red Dog Complex. Please RSVP by calling 530-452-7260. Beacons are provided for you to practice with or you can bring your own.more>
7pm Back in its 12th year the Adventure Slide Show Series is where locals...s and athletes come together and tell stories of their incredible adventures in the mountains of the world. Many of these shows are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to meet and hear from incredible mountain loving athletes and travelers.
This show will be comprised of 10 high spirited mountain worshiping locals, bringing you their best pictures and stories of their adventures in the mountains. more>
3:30 - 6:30pm Two days a week skiers and riders can cruise Boreal with Woodward...d Tahoe Coach Brandon Hollins.Participants will meet at the Woodward Tent located in the base lodge. Ride with Woodward is free for park riders of all abilities(basic skiing and snowboarding skills required for park coaching)…all you need is a Boreal season pass or valid lift ticket!more>
