Curious about Yin Yoga or already love it? This 2 hour workshop led by Palisades Yoga teacher, Lauri Glenn, will take a deep dive into the science & philosophy of Yin Yoga and conclude with a relaxing and rejuvenating Yin Practice.

Yin Yoga is the perfect complement and missing link to our more active, muscular (yang) lifestyles. It is a practice that exercises the joint, joint capsule, tendons and ligaments in a safe way to build strength, mobility and resilience.
