Keep Tahoe Blue Event

After Tahoe’s celebrated July 4th festivities, our beaches can become covered with trash, endangering wildlife and the Lake’s clarity. Each year on July 5th, Tahoe residents and visitors turn out for the largest cleanup of the year to remove litter from Lake Tahoe’s shores. You can help Keep Tahoe Blue by volunteering at one of six beach cleanup sites around the Lake!

Registration: Sign up or log in to your Volunteer Account. Respond to one of the meeting locations linked below to register. You will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]. Final details will be sent the week of the event. Walk-ins are also welcome on July 5th! If you do not pre-register,  you will need to complete a volunteer waiver onsite when during event check-in.
