Location:
The Cedar House Sport Hotel is located in the Town of Truckee, just minutes from Truckee’s Historic Downtown Commercial Row. Outdoor recreation and alpine ski areas are all within a short distance.

Transportation:
Approximate drive time for the Cedar House Sport Hotel are 45 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International Airport, 2 hours from Sacramento and 4 hours from San Francisco. Shuttle or rental car service can easily be arranged from Reno/Tahoe International Airport.

Description of meeting rooms:
The Cedar House Sport Hotel features a small event center – perfect for small meetings, product launches, weddings and other group events. The event facility includes a separate private dining room with two patios and an open kitchen design, perfect for culinary team building or cooking demonstrations. The meeting room is separated from the dining room with an open patio. The meeting facility comprises of two rooms – a small conference room sized for 10-12, featuring native rock, reclaimed lumber, private garden and state of the art AV equipment. This conference room is architecturally stunning – perfect for wine pairing events as well as for a small board meeting. The main meeting room is sized to seat (depending on arrangement) anywhere from 30-80 participants. AV equipment includes 4500 Lumen HD projector with electronic screen, DVD player, sound system, High Speed Internet Access (Wi-Fi).

We also provide Flip Charts, Conference Speaker Phone and multiple electrical outlets.

Pricing for facility is based on the custom design of each event. Catering/Banquets:
Stella – The Cedar House’s contemporary onsite restaurant is open for breakfast daily and offers dinner several nights a week. We serve daily appetizers in our full bar - located in our lobby. Stella features a wood burning oven and offers a seasonal sustainable menu. Private dinner events, including chef demonstration and wine pairing, are available. The hotel is located only three quarters of a mile from Down Town Truckee, where several off-site dining options are also available.
