We will do dry land training such as hill bounding ski walking or plyometrics ... rics, until the snow arrives. The workouts typically alternate between classic and skate, and include a mix of techniques, on-snow specific strength, and intensity, but depending on the snow/weather conditions, training may alter from what was originally planned. These are typically the workouts you would not do on your own, but are more fun, therefore 'easier' with a group of like minded skiers. Not all in this group will have the same fitness level or be working towards the same goals, but I do ask that folks be fit intermediate to advanced skiers, and come with a sense of humor, a willingness to try some new things, and share, support and enjoy each other. The cost is $500. per person. In addition to the program cost participants are required to have a season pass for Tahoe Cross Country. Each participate will be able to bring a guest, 2 times during the season. This is your year to ski better and faster! Join Glenn all season long and your skiing fitness and technique will improve dramatically. more>
